Waikiki Springs Field Trip

 DETAILS: Waikiki Springs is a lovely area being managed by the Inland Northwest Land Conservancy. The Little Spokane River flows through it. There are firs on the north facing slope and Pine on the south facing slope and a varied habitat between. 

Trip involves walking about 3 miles including an initial downhill and final uphill. Expected species include: Bald Eagle, Gray Catbird, Bewick’s Wren, Spotted Towhee, Yellow and Nashville Warblers.Bring a discover pass, water and whatever else you need. Parking is limited and there is not a bathroom available.
