Walk and Talk with Spokane Riverkeeper

Be sure to check the air quality before attending any outdoor events.

Join Spokane Riverkeeper and Spokane Audubon for an evening Walk & Talk along the Spokane River. Together, we'll pick up trash along the river, learn about the river and the aquifer, and look for birds who depend on this valuable habitat.

Target bird species: assorted waterfowl, osprey, bald eagles, song sparrows, and warblers

What to Bring and Wear:

- Wear sturdy walking shoes; we will be traveling approximately 1–2 miles.- Bring water and sunscreen, especially on warm days.- Dress for the weather and be prepared for uneven trail surfaces.
